Throwing a Saint Patty's Day Party?

Well, I am!

After having my daughter, I met the most amazing group of mommies at a hospital mommy's group.  We branched off and started our own Mommy's Who Brunch club.  Although we don't necessarily brunch.... or lunch.... or dine that often anymore (it was way easier before our kids weren't mobile), we still see each other about 1-2x/month for playdates or our famous MNO (Mom's Night Out nights).  And in the year and a half that I've known these women, I have yet to host anything! 

Until now...

I am throwing a Saint Patty's Day Playdate on Wednesday, March 12, and all mommys and babies are attending (yiiiikeeess!!), and boy am I overwhelmed!  Well, overwhelmed and excited.

I did some pre-shopping for decor, and some pre-webbing for snack inspiration.  The Dollar Tree has great St. Patty's Day decorations -- that's where I purchased the themed plates, napkins, and decor.  For the snack inspiration?  Well, Google images has unleashed the green beast, so to speak.  All the snacks will be green or rainbow colored.

And what I'm most excited about is the take-home gift for attending.  I made all the girls matching St. Patty's Day hair barrettes, the boys St. Patty's Day pins, and all the mommies will have a pin to take home, as well.
